关于翻译这个岗位，公司将候选人前2-3年定位在专职翻译岗，后期根据个人能力和职业发展意向，可往董事会等方向发展。
翻译岗位主要负责：a.笔译：日常英语的翻译，技术文件的翻译，国际航空会展所需材料视频等的翻译，新闻稿件的翻译等等；b.口译：负责董事会议的交传，领导出行访问陪同翻译，德国技术专家来华指导工作的翻译等等。
因公司其他员工英语交流都没啥问题，但是公司需要一个专业并且专职做翻译的员工，此岗位只招一人，并且会考虑员工的长期职业发展。
目前公司的厂房还在建设中，选址是在宜兴的航空产业园，到时候公司会有相应的住宿，交通等处理措施。目前工作地点是在无锡市区，预计明年年底或者后年搬去宜兴的厂房。
