Reporting to the Head of Project Management (PM), the main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Department in the daily operation ensuring the achievement of group objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist the head of PM in the daily operation and facilitate the multi-tasking process by prioritizing them.
2. Assist on all documentations (meeting minutes, tender documents, contracts, emails, internal SOP…) of the Department ensuring all messages are being professionally and punctually presented.
3. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superiors.

1. Proficient in English, reading, writing, listening and speaking;
2. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally;
3. Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task;
4. Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
5. Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in pressure or changing situations.
